Feed digital audio to the 'DB1070's 192kHz/24-bit D/A converters, or bypass all DSP via "analog direct" — great for high-resolution multichannel or stereo sources like SACD. Your video's in good hands, too, thanks to composite, S-video, inputs and switching.

To its core, the 'DB1070 is on a sound quality mission. Premium frame-and-beam construction and an aluminum front panel ward off vibrations that can distort your music. Short signal paths minimize signal loss within the unit. To maximize clarity, Sony's OP (Optimum Pre-Amplification) Processing ensures a high signal-to-noise ratio at all volume levels. An Analog Pureness Control even cuts the power supply to the digital and video sections when they're not in use, to further eliminate noise.
