One of my favourite VTL amplifiers of all time are the stunning MB-450 Signature Series Monoblocks. They come factory equipped with everything you will ever need and nothing that you don't. Made to provide bone crushing limitless power for the customer who likes to to indulge in excess all in a compact easy to transport and convenient little package. We are talking about 450 watts of liquid smooth vacuum tube power and a price that is affordable to all.

Solidly made with old world quality displayed throughout the design and circuit, no expense in parts has been spared with the MB-450 Signature Series. As satisfying and reliable as a cheap date, these beauties are guaranteed give you the business without all the headaches. I know I've spent a lot more and got a lot less, I'm sure most of you have too.

These might very well be the very last amplifiers you will ever feel the need to buy to up-grade to, so good is their performance. Their potential in a great well match system is equally limitless so rest assured you need not ever feel the limiting factor to be your Amplifiers again. Granted, something of this calibre is harder to find than an honest women however these Monoblocks give new hope to the aggravated Audiophile that is swiftly losing faith in their solid state counterparts.

The MB-450's are the epitome of performance, manageable weight, compact size and low running costs in a superbly engineered pair of vacuum tube Monoblock amplifiers. They buy Krell, Mark Levinson, Pass Labs, Musical Fidelity, Bryston, Classé Jeff Rowland and others. They feel comfortable buying the 'Big' name because they are uninformed and Hoover up all the advertising tripe these companies pump out, I see it everyday. Just your standard transistor junk that all sounds the same and damages your hearing. Terrible terrible terrible sound in my opinion.

Then these customers tell me that they have made a massive mistake in listening to their friends or some magazine review and ask me to sell their gear on consignment quickly to help them out of their Living Hell..... and thus the vicious circle continues.

The MB-750's and MB-1250's in my opinion were pushing the envelope in terms of what was possible. Make no mistake, they were equally as rock solid reliability wise but their size and mass was prohibitive.
